Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our placement timelines, background checks, fees and the 6-Month replacement guarantee, for households and offices across Pakistan.

Most placements are completed within 24 hours for common roles such as maids, cooks and drivers. Specialised roles like home nurses or live-in nannies may take slightly longer depending on candidate availability.

Every candidate goes through CNIC verification against NADRA records, a Police Character Certificate from their local station, direct phone calls to at least two previous employers, a practical skills test for their role, and basic medical clearance. Candidates who cannot produce a verifiable CNIC or checkable references are not placed.

We charge a one-time placement fee equal to one month of the agreed salary, and nothing else. There is no monthly commission and no recurring charge, ever. That single payment also buys you 6 months of free replacement cover, so spread across the guarantee period it works out to less than a sixth of a month’s salary for every month you are protected, far cheaper than starting a search over on your own if a hire does not work out. The staff member’s salary is paid by you directly to them, so you always know exactly what they earn.

You are covered by a 6-month replacement guarantee. If the placement fails within that window for any reasonable cause, we restart the search and place a replacement without charging the placement fee again, so your one payment keeps working for you for half a year.

Yes. Live-in arrangements are available for maids, cooks, nannies, caretakers and nurses, subject to candidate availability and suitable accommodation being provided. Live-in staff typically receive a slightly lower cash salary because board and lodging are included.

We place staff throughout Pakistan from standing local pools in every major city, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi and more, with placements typically matched within 24 to 48 hours.

No. Every placement we arrange, maids, cooks, drivers, cleaners and every other role, is hired on a monthly basis directly by you. We do not offer daily, weekly or single-visit bookings. A staff member can still work part-time hours, but the placement itself is always monthly.

You employ the staff member directly, so salary, leave and working hours are agreed between you and them. We help you set fair, market-rate terms at the outset and stay available to mediate if any dispute comes up later.
