From Request to Placement in Four Steps

What We Need From You First

The single most useful thing you can tell us upfront is the actual daily reality of the role, not just the job title. For a maid, that means whether you want cleaning only or cleaning plus laundry and light cooking. For a driver, it means the routes you use most and whether school runs are involved. Vague requests take longer to match well, specific ones do not.

We also ask your city and, where relevant, your area, since that determines which candidates from our standing local pool are the closest fit. Live-in or live-out, and your rough budget, round out what we need to put together a shortlist.

What a Typical Timeline Looks Like

For common roles, cooks, maids, drivers, nannies, most households hear back from us within a few hours of their first message, with a shortlist of two to four verified candidates following shortly after. Interviews are usually arranged within a day, and a household typically has someone starting work within 24 to 48 hours of first contact.

Specialised roles, home nurses with specific clinical experience, or a nanny with particular infant care experience, can take a little longer simply because fewer candidates match the narrower requirement. If your need is urgent, say so directly and we prioritise your request against our standby list of already-verified candidates.

What Happens During the Interview Stage

We arrange the interview, but you conduct it, in person or by phone, whichever suits you. This is intentional: verification confirms a candidate is who they say they are and has the background they claim, but only you can judge whether someone genuinely fits your household. A trial period, a day or two of working alongside your family, is something we recommend for most roles before committing long term.

After the Placement

Once you confirm the hire, the staff member is employed directly by you, salary paid directly to them, terms agreed between you and them. We stay reachable if a dispute comes up later, and if the placement does not work out within the 6-month guarantee period, we restart the search and place a replacement without charging the fee again.
