Verified the same way as every role

Even in a lighter-scope role, every helper is CNIC-verified against NADRA records, has a Police Character Certificate, and has previous employers called directly by us before being placed. Household access is household access, regardless of job title.

Starting lower than a full maid or cook role, a helper is often the right first hire for a household finding the workload heavier than one staff member can manage, without committing to a second full salary.

What to look for when hiring a helper
