Need Staff Urgently?
Fast does not have to mean unverified. Our candidates are background checked before you ever get in touch.
Why We Can Move Quickly Without Cutting Corners
Most agencies start verifying a candidate after a household asks for one. That order is what makes urgent hiring risky everywhere else: the pressure to fill a role fast collides directly with the time proper checks take, and something gives.
We run it the other way around. Candidates complete our 40-point verification before they enter the pool at all, so by the time you message us, the CNIC has already been checked against NADRA records, the Police Character Certificate has already been obtained from their own local police station, and previous employers have already been called directly by our team. Nothing is pending. The only work left is matching the right verified person to your household, which is fast.
We will not rush a childcare or elderly care placement to hit a deadline. Those roles involve someone spending unsupervised time with a person who cannot always speak up, and they deserve a proper interview and a longer trial even when the need is urgent. We would rather tell you that plainly than hand you a same-day nanny you have not properly met.
What Actually Happens in the First Few Hours
Message us with three things: the role, your city and area, and your schedule. That is genuinely enough to begin. Within a few hours you should have two to four verified candidates who match, with their background and experience summarised so you are not interviewing blind.
You interview them yourself, by phone or in person, and choose. We arrange the introduction and handle the terms conversation if you want us to. For most common roles this whole sequence completes inside two days, and often inside one.
What Slows a Request Down
Highly specific requirements are the main thing. A cook is fast. A cook who specialises in low-salt diabetic cooking, lives in, and speaks English is a much narrower search, because fewer people in any pool match all three at once. Every additional non-negotiable requirement shrinks the candidate set.
Festival periods slow things too. Demand spikes across every household at once in the weeks before Eid while many staff travel home, and no agency can conjure candidates out of that. If your need is urgent during that window, tell us immediately rather than waiting.
If your requirement is genuinely narrow and the timeline is genuinely tight, we will tell you which of the two has to give rather than quietly missing the deadline.
Common Questions
How fast can you actually place someone?
For common roles like cooks, maids, helpers and drivers, most households have a shortlist within a few hours and someone starting within 24 to 48 hours. This is possible because candidates are verified before you contact us, not after.
Do you cut corners on verification for urgent requests?
No. Every candidate has already completed the full verification process before they enter our pool, so an urgent placement draws from the same vetted candidates as any other. What speeds up is the matching, not the checking.
Does an urgent placement cost more?
No. The placement fee is the same one month of agreed salary regardless of how quickly the role is filled, and it is still charged only once you confirm a hire.
Do Not Let Urgency Push You Into an Unverified Hire
The real danger in an urgent staffing gap is not going a few days without help. It is the temptation to take whoever is available immediately through an informal contact, with no identity check, no police record check, and no way to confirm their work history is what they claim. That decision gets made under pressure and lived with for years.
A verified placement in 48 hours is a better outcome than an unverified one today. Every placement still carries the 6-month free replacement guarantee, and the fee is still one month's salary, charged only once you actually hire.
