Registering with Staffly does not guarantee an immediate placement, it puts you into our pool of verified candidates so that when a household or office asks for someone with your role and experience, you are one of the people we call. After you message us on WhatsApp, we ask for your CNIC details, your previous work history and at least one contactable reference. Once those are confirmed, your profile is ready to be shared with clients whose requirements match your skills.
Every household we place you with has already been screened on their side too, so you are not walking into an unknown situation. Salary, weekly day off, live-in or live-out terms and working hours are agreed in writing before you start, and we stay reachable if a dispute comes up later. All placements we arrange are monthly positions, we do not register candidates for single-day or short-term work.
Demand is highest for cooks, drivers, maids and nannies, but we also regularly place nurses, caretakers, security guards, office boys and gardeners. If you have a specific skill, such as a particular cuisine, a heavy vehicle licence or elder-care experience, mention it directly, specialised experience is one of the biggest factors in how quickly we can match you.
